Refund policy

  • Food Safety (Final Sale): Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, all candy sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any edible items once they have left our facility.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong "Remix," please contact us at shopcandyremix@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds for damaged items will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences or for clumping caused by humidity after the bag has been opened.
  • Trademark Disclaimer: Candy Remix is an independent brand. We use popular name-brand candies as a base, but our final "Remixed" products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original trademark owners.
